1. How long until I can see the photos taken from my school's photo day?
The galleries are available to view and order 3 weeks from your photo shoot date. If you filled out a permission slip with your email address, we will automatically notify you when your gallery is ready. If you have not done so, please click here to do so.
2. How do I pay?
After putting your order through the web gallery, you can choose your payment option to pay via credit card or PayPal. We also accept cash or direct deposit.
3. Is it possible to place a single order for multiple siblings?
Yes! We have a special offer: for any Package purchased, you can order a sibling digital file for $15. You can add this to your purchase in the checkout section. If you would like to only purchase sibling photo files, you can add it to your cart as a single product item by choosing the print size option.
4. I received an email with login information - how can I order photos?
All you need to do is click on the ‘View Photos’ button from your email. You can then login using your email and the password provided to view your gallery, order photos and check the status of your orders. Once you click on a Package, it asks you to select which photos you want for your prints at the corresponding sizes.
5. What if my child misses out on having their photo taken?
We usually organise a make up day in the following week for any sick children or those who were not in on the photo days. There will be a notice at the sign in desk at your school about when this will take place and when you can bring your child in for photos. Otherwise, please email us at email@example.com to arrange time slot.
6. How long will the delivery take?
As long as the order is paid in full, the delivery time should be 3 weeks back to the centre/pre-school. Delivery times may vary depending on the type of products ordered.
7. Is the logo (watermark) going to be removed from the image?
Of course! The watermark is only used to protect our work against illegal downloads.
8. What are the quality of prints, enlargements etc?
We are committed to offering only the highest quality prints and products. All photos are printed on professional grade archival photographic paper. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your photo products, please feel free to call or email us.
